I am very dissatisfied with their service, They are deceitful with the way they present you with a great service they make you believe you will experience by using them and how much more value your home will be when them to install a new roof with a 50 year warranty. They also talked me into a solar panel system and new a/c. They cut corners and made excuses for the delays on the completing the project after they start. The worse experience and we have leaks due to their shabby work on the solar panels and pool heating grids mounting bracket The brackets they used were not installed correctly with 3 bolts as it should be to each bracket, they only used one bolt through the new shingles and plywood.Well with the winds they broke off leaving a holes on multiple brackets and i called them and sent pictures and with the rains my roof leaked i called them over and over i finally spoke to a Receptionist and she assured me that their production **** will call me. They wont I had to climb on my roof and cover it with tarps. I called them many more times and they answer with a waiting music and never answer just keep you on hold for 8 minutes then it hangs up I should of known the so call professional service techs they sent to do the work were all unmarked trucks and vans no uniforms, they only uniform and marked vehicle was the one sent when they present themselves as a good company and get you to sign the contract, I totally regret using them and hope no other couple goes through what we have with them. The roof wasn't the only problem our a/c was sending a lot of dust through the vents i couldn't get them to check why that was. So i called another company, They showed me that the a/c was not properly sealed in 3 ways it was supposed to be and they were surprised it passed inspection, all around the ac unit connect to the ducts was sucking air from the attic and i could see where all around the unit the insulation from the attic floor was getting sucked in.
